EXPLAYVO ("we") makes branded games for businesses ("brands"). This page explains what personal data we handle, why, and your choices.

When you play a brand's game

The brand running the game decides what it asks for (usually your name, phone number and email) and why. For that data, the brand is responsible as the data fiduciary and we process it on its behalf. Each brand's players are kept in that brand's own private database and are never shared with or mixed with another brand.

• We record your consent when you register, and what you agreed to.
• We keep your scores and vouchers so the brand can give you your reward and check fair play.
• If you agreed to it, the brand may send your details to its own CRM or message you, for example on WhatsApp.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you email or message us, we use your details only to reply and to arrange a demo.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. For a game, contact the brand that ran it, or write to us and we will pass your request on.
